I will be your receiving agent in Germany.

Businesses not residing in Germany, the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland must appoint an authorised receiver in Germany. The appointed receiver receives official mail from the responsible tax office and forwards it to the business's management or owner.

What I can do for you ...

Provide A Mail Address in Germany

You will get a German mail address for the tax office. It will be the address of a natural person residing in Germany. My address.

Power Of Attorney To Receive

You will get the mandatory power of attorney to receive. You need to submit it to your responsible tax office. Usually this happens during the VAT registration procedure.

Forward Incoming Mail

My job will be to forward incoming mail. I will do this digitally. On request, I expect you to confirm that the mail digitally arrived.

If necessary, I will sign for registered mail.
